Our services are typically provided on a consultation, coaching, or project basis. Because of the time, expertise, and personalized approach we bring to each project, we do not generally offer refunds once work has begun or a session has been completed.

If you believe there was a problem with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days of your session or project delivery at info@dakotaross.com to discuss possible resolution options.
2. Deposits and Retainers

Any deposits or retainers paid to secure our services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.

If Dakota Ross cancels or is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services for any reason, we will discuss refunding or crediting any deposit or retainer paid.
