Roberts Manufacturing: Strengthening Communities Through The Power of Sports

At Dakota Ross, we believe in the role sport plays in shaping people and communities.

We’re proud to be leading the sports development core of Roberts Manufacturing’s CSR program, beginning with the refurbishment of the tennis courts at St. Michael School - recently highlighted by CBC news.

The work starts with access: safe and upgraded courts where students can play, learn, and grow. From there, it expands into school initiatives, camps, community tennis days, athlete mentorship, and tournaments. Our role is to design and activate this framework so it connects to Roberts’ wider commitment to sustainability, employee development, and community impact. Roberts is setting out a model of corporate-led community development in Barbados.
